Yoga Nidra is guided meditation technique that induces a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness. It refreshes the brain and nervous system, and can help make adjustment to the time change more easeful, as we spring-forward.

Yoga Nidra can also contribute to better sleep, reduced feelings of stress, and improved overall health.

This session will include 15 minutes of gentle stretching, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation.

The meditation will be hosted in the Group Exercise Room at Pierpont Racquet Club.
