Mindfulness Meditation helps you steady your mind & let go of unhelpful thoughts and distractions. Those who practice it regularly and hone their skills eventually have the ability to harness it as super-power that reduces stress, conserves energy, improves sleep, enhances creativity & problem-solving skills, and benefits overall health.
During this session you’ll learn:
What mindfulness meditation is, and why it is beneficial
How meditation fits into the ‘8 Limbs of Yoga’
Traditional techniques, and also those that will engage your springtime senses
This session is appropriate for those new to meditation, as well as those who are looking to deepen their practice. You’ll have the option to lie down on a mat, sit in a chair, or stand.
