Keep your body feeling good as you rack up the miles this summer, so you can ride on without pain, strain, or postural implications! This session will benefit anyone who pedals, whether you spin in-studio, traverse the open road, hit the trails, or cruise the boardwalk.

You’ll learn and experience ways to:

  • Release tension in your feet, calves, and hamstrings

  • Lengthen your hip flexors, quads, and abdomen

  • Strengthen your core and upper back
