Tennis demands a lot of our shoulders, feet, hips, and knees. It can leave us feeling tight and sore, but when we learn how to use movement to improve mobility and stretches to reduce tension, we can feel great on and off the court. This session will include a mix of functional movement for strength and mobility, passive stretches to release myofascial tissues safely and without discomfort, and breathwork to improve concentration and focus.
